TY ALLISS - Production manager
Ty has led many teams within the RV, automotive and defense industries in a manufacturing environment. He started his career in service and warranty then moved into quality, production, purchasing, project management, shipping and receiving. Ty has many great mentors, friends and colleagues that have helped him grow and succeed. He enjoys paying it forward. Ty loves spending time with his kids and grandson (Taco Tuesday, downtown Mishawaka, with his daughter and grandson) He works to stay healthy by eating well (mostly until someone brings brownies, cookies and such into work…), riding bikes, and working out. He also enjoys golf, reading/listening to books and home remodeling. Ty is all about learning and growing.
PATRICK SOUTHIVONGNORATH
Patrick joined RDI in 2023, after having experience wiring houses. Being in the wire harness area now, he has learned how to create and read blueprints, terminate, strip, and bundle wires. He has a solid background in the wire harness field, where he has honed his skills in collaboration and teamwork. Throughout Patrick’s career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to work effectively alongside colleagues, fostering a cooperative environment that encourages open communication and mutual support. He continuously seeks opportunities to learn, whether through formal training, industry events, or self-directed research. Patrick’s passions include sports, weightlifting, and traveling.
MICHAEL ECHARTEA
Michael has spent only 3 years in the RV industry but is very enthusiastic about deepening his understanding of the field. Teaming up with Michael means you'll have a dependable partner who's all about collaboration. He’s here to support his teammates, listen to their ideas, and work together to reach top-notch results. He is dedicated to both personal and professional development in every facet of his career. In Michael’s spare time, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, going out on the lake, and golfing!
KYLE STANSBURY
Kyle has worked in the RV industry for 3 years. He did tool and die/ metal fabrication for 3 years. He works with a positive attitude while staying focused on the job. Kyle is always looking for ways to improve. His hobbies include playing golf, pool, movies, and playing poker.

Will is a recent addition to the RDI family. He has previous experience in inventory control at D&W and has worked in customer service in retail. Will did computer aided design for Welch packaging for a few years as well. He enjoys helping with business buyouts, acquisitions, and startups. In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He loves to fish, read, and spend his time volunteering at ADEC in Elkhart and at Camp Lutherwald in Howe, IN.
