John has spent 22 years in the RV industry. He was the President of the fastest growing distributor in the RV OEM channels. He was the CFO prior to assuming the CEO role and has spent a total of 30 years in the distribution industry. John has a reputation for creating and delivering an extraordinary customer experience to OEM’s which enables our customers to be more productive, efficient, and profitable.

Brent has spent 28 years in the RV industry. He was National Sales Manager for the fastest growing distributor in the RV OEM channel. Brent started at the ground level and has experienced all facets of the business first hand. He has extensive relationships throughout the RV/OEM space, and has the experience and energy to lead Ranger Distribution in the delivery of extraordinary customer service.

Rod humphreys founder

Rod has spent 15 years in the RV distribution business and 12 years in automotive manufacturing and management. Rod managed a 170,000 square foot warehouse with 30 employees. Rod then transitioned to RV/OEM sales and within 5 years became the most productive salesman in the company. His experience in all facets of the industry has allowed him to develop relationships that will foster the future growth and development of RDI, as well as enabling them to adhere to their commitment of “on time, every time.”

Larry dorfman founder

Larry Dorfman is the Co-Founder, and ex-Chairman/CEO of APCO Holdings, Inc. Founded in 1984, APCO holdings delivers the EasyCare, GWC, MemberCare, and Covideo brands to OEM’s, dealers, and customers in the automotive and RV industry. He led the company thru its initial public offering (IPO) in 1988 and subsequent purchase by Ford Motor Company in 1999. Larry and management bought APCO back in 2007 with with Stone Point Capital equity partners and transacted again in 2016 with with Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (OTPP). During his 35 years with the company APCO has been a consistent “Top 100 Company to Work” for nationally, enjoyed 90%+ Employee Engagement scores, and is one of the “Healthiest Places To Work” nationally. He brings his experience to RDI as an investor and a member of the Board of Directors.

ben jones,

SAles associate & equity partner

Ben has spent over 10 years working in the RV industry. He most recently left Dave Carter and Associates as their #1 salesmen. Prior to his employment at DCA, he was the Director of Sales at LaSalle Bristol. Ben is tremendously well versed in plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, and lighting, which has allowed him to develop numerous plumbing and electrical products that have since become industry standards. In joining the Ranger Distribution team, he brings proficiencies in sales and product development that will be an invaluable resource.

Frank has been involved in the RV industry for over 15 years, gaining a wide range of experience including: RV Production, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Management. He builds solid relationships with each team member, from the salespersons to warehouse employees. Frank believes in a strong commitment to excellence, and strives daily to ensure that each client’s needs are met on time, every time.

Duncan boone,

Duncan has worked in the RV industry since his graduation from Indiana University in 2018. While working on his Bachelors degree with a minor in marketing, he had many internships with industry competitor Lippert Components, Inc. His sales training internship, as well as working in their Axles Manufacturing and Ramp Doors Manufacturing departments, allowed him to learn the many different facets of the RV Industry. After graduation he went to work for Dave Carter and Associates as a Sales Associate. He has built many strong relationships in the RV industry in a short time period. Duncan has visions for the future growth of RDI, and strong beliefs in RDI’s core principles of excellent customer service, and the pledge to deliver on time, every time.
