jake mochamer - Warehouse Manager
Jake has over 7 years of experience in the RV industry, where he has developed a strong skill set in overseeing inbound and outbound operations. He is dedicated to ensuring that orders are delivered accurately on time, every time. Jake has an interest in fishing and nature. He goes on trips often with his 2 rottweilers and family.
robert castile
Robert has worked in the RV industry for 8 years now. He joined RDI in 2020 as a warehouse picker and truck driver. Robert is very punctual, easy to work with, and works hard at his job. Outside of work he loves working out at the gym. Robert enjoys having nice conversations with good people and loves cooking all different types of meals.
george shamoun
George has worked 23 years in a warehouse while 9 of those years has been in the RV industry. He has experience in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading trucks and picks orders. He gets the job done before his shift is done and is always working hard. George is a team player who helps anyone when needed. He loves to make everyone laugh and always has a smile on his face. He enjoys making a difference in people’s lives while always having a great attitude.
aden johnson
Aden is new to the RV industry, and he feels like he’s learned so much. He had experience working with and leading a team through football his entire life. This is his first year in the RV industry and he’s learning and growing every day. He is very passionate about Sports Photography and has taken pictures for athletes at games and special events.
JORGE GONZALEZ
Jorge is a recent addition to the RDI warehouse team with 7 years of experience in the RV industry. For 2 years he was a team leader at Lippert components as a tube laser operator. For a short time he worked at Forest River and Keystone. Jorge is originally from Puerto Rico. He takes pride in being enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking. His life's primary focus is serving God and loving his family.
KARL NUNEMAKER
Karl has 20+ years in the RV/warehouse industry. He has 5+ years as a head receiver and 7+ years as an order picker. He’s been working in RV manufacturing for 5+ years and has been in management for 11+ years. Karl’s passions include kayaking, disc golf, hiking, camping, anything involving nature. He also enjoys going to cedar point and other amusement parks.
brady snyder
Brady joined RDI in 2024. He has experience in landscaping, RV service, and selling insurance. He is a quick learner and stays persistent. Brady is willing to try anything new and is coachable in everything he does. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and martial arts. He loves to work, stay busy, and learn every day.
cam waters
Cam was RDI’s first intern in 2021 learning the ropes of the warehouse. He had multiple responsibilities and delivered products as well. He then spent 10 months as a CNC Laser Operator at Marson International in Elkhart. The role included program loading and machine maintenance. Cam worked at Innovative Designs for a year in the warehouse and was an office assistant. He also has management experience in the food industry. Cam is willing to seek out new experiences to gain skills whenever he can. He enjoys leading when needed and works well with others. In his free time, you can find him fishing out on the boat and instructing baseball over at D-Bat.
